Get ready to climb

• Complete your waiver online before you arrive. Everyone, including spectators, needs one.
• Wear closed-toe, non-marking athletic shoes. 
• Wear comfortable clothing. 
• Harnesses and helmets are included. 

Before you book

• Climbers must weigh 35–300 lbs.
• One adult chaperone is required for every two children. Chaperones do not need a reservation unless they are climbing.
• Your Sender City experience is 75 minutes: 15 minutes to check in and gear up, followed by one hour of climbing, including a brief orientation. Arrive on time so you get the most climbing time.
• Reservations are nonrefundable. You can contact the front desk to change your reservation.
