Intro: Bouldering

Learn what it takes to boulder!

This one hour course is designed to provide first-time climbers with the tools they need to begin bouldering. 

Course goals:

• Body position
• Efficient movement
• Hand/foot placement
• Correct over gripping
• Use the shoes- how to maximize the grip of the climbing shoe
• Climbing safety including falling technique and etiquette

Non-members: $39 

Pass holder: Free with use of pass

Includes rental gear and a day pass to experience everything Sender One has to offer

Must be 14 years of age and older to register

Rental shoes/chalk provided. May bring own gear if preferred.

Please arrive on time for your session. Late entry impacts the flow of the class and may not be permitted
